On 26 to 28 November 2019, a joint team of EPIC and UEFA representatives delivered in Istanbul a national football policing training event for Turkish Football Police Commanders, government representatives and the Turkish Football Federation.
Over 60 participants attended from 48 cities across Turkey.
Football Police Commanders present were drawn from regions in which stadiums and clubs in the top three Turkish leagues are located.
